What is your return policy?
You can return any item for any reason within 30 days, and you will be responsible for return shipping (unless I make a mistake). If you want to return an item, follow these steps: 1) Contact me. I won't know about your return unless you tell me. 2) Follow the instructions on the order slip that came in your package. You will be shipping it directly to Avon. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED. This is to protect both of us from fraud. 3) Once I receive the refund from Avon, I will refund the money to you. Please be aware that this can take a few weeks.
How long does it take to ship US orders?
Most orders within the US will ship within three business days, and then transit time will take 5-7 business days through UPS. The usual amount of time it takes to actually get your package is 5 business days. However, please keep in mind that it may take a day or two longer during high traffic shopping periods.
How long does it take to ship international orders?
International orders will ship within eight business days. I can't predict transit time, since it varies from country to country and can get held up in customs. Please keep in mind that packages mailed to Canada are notorious for having unpredictable transit times and can sometimes take a long time to get there. If you'd like international tracking, Priority Mail International is required (offers confirmation with customs and insurance on goods); please contact me or go to www.usps.com for pricing (you can pay the difference if the default shipping during checkout doesn't already reflect the upgraded shipping).
How do you calculate US shipping prices?
Orders going to the continental United States have a flat shipping rate of $5.95 for UPS Ground with tracking (some very large decorative items might have an additional shipping surcharge). Orders over $55 ship for free within the US.
How do you calculate international shipping prices?
International shipping differs with each country, but orders totaling less than $40 ship First Class (contact me if you'd like to upgrade to Priority), and orders $40 or more ship Priority Mail International with Delivery Confirmation (I'm sorry, tracking is not available on First Class shipments). I require Priority on higher value orders in order to protect myself from fraud. If you'd like cheaper shipping, I might be willing to ship First Class if you can show me proof of a history of buyer integrity (eBay feedback, for example). I am also willing to skip tracking for established repeat customers.
What does "WHILE SUPPLIES LAST" mean?
The item is either in high demand or in low supply, which means there is a possibility that it could sell out suddenly. In the event that it is unavailable when you place your order, your money would either be refunded (PayPal) or not charged (Google Checkout). If you'd like to confirm an item is available before placing your order, email me at email@example.com.
What does it mean if an item is "On Hold?"
It means that the item is either no longer available or temporarily out of stock (it will specify which in the listing). If you'd like to be notified if/when it comes back (discontinued items often come back at cheaper prices), email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item name as the subject. Quantities will often be limited, so it is first come, first serve.
Why did you refund my money? I want my order!
Sometimes items sell out faster than anticipated, or suddenly become unavailable. I do my best to update my store accordingly, but unfortunately things do slip through the cracks every once in a while. I always hate having to disappoint my customers (and lose a sale), so if this happens I will watch for your item(s) and notify you if/when they become available again.
